WHAT IS THE KINE.FISIO.LISBOA APPROACH?

MANAGEMENT

EDUCATION

To be clear, the goal is not to complete 100 rehabilitation sessions with the patient. The philosophy of Kine.fisio.lisboa is on the one hand based on scientific evidence and on the other hand based on the person's capacity for autonomy by giving him the power to heal himself through specific exercises and to maintain one's motivation, in particular by using the internationally recognized New Zealand method, the McKenzie method.

The objective is to allow the person to be the main actor in their healing, primarily through the teaching of self-treatment techniques. Then preventively ensure that he does not need to return to the office for the same problem.

In the end, what does that result in?
- MORE EFFECTIVE TREATMENT WITH FASTER HEALING
- A SAVING FOR THE PATIENT IN CARE COSTS;

Because I am convinced that the future is
to involve people in managing their health in order to move better, live better and longer.
